What feels like a lifetime ago, I wrote and self-published a cookbook. It was aimed at recent grads and twenty-somethings, but really, anyone who could use a little more confidence in the kitchen. At the time, it was my collection of go-to recipes, filled with recommendations for friends and family. I still love it. I’m still cooking from it. I make my boyfriend the masala curry almost every week, and I still want the mocha cake every year on my birthday.
